Over the next few months, Socratix AI will work directly with credit-union leaders to challenge our assumptions and build a product that fits the way fraud and compliance teams actually work.
The announcement
We're excited to share that Socratix AI has been selected for Circuit Accelerator Cohort 3. We're one of five fintechs chosen by Circuit Owners to participate in the program.
The Circuit Accelerator connects fintech founders with credit-union executives, structured pilot opportunities, technical guidance, and pathways to implementation. Its goal is to move promising ideas toward useful, scalable solutions for credit unions.

Working with credit union leaders
Through the program, we'll work directly with Circuit's Accelerator Advisory Council—C-suite leaders representing 31 credit unions across the network.
They will help us examine how we build, price, and deploy Socratix AI for credit unions. That means candid conversations about operational needs, implementation constraints, purchasing decisions, governance, and what it takes for new technology to earn trust inside a financial institution.
We're especially looking forward to learning from the teams handling fraud and compliance every day. Their experience gives us a clearer view of where investigations slow down, where current tools fall short, and where automation can make the greatest difference.
What Socratix AI brings
Socratix AI builds coworkers for fraud and compliance teams: agents that review alerts from beginning to end, weigh the available evidence, and document a clear, auditable rationale behind every decision.
- Gather relevant evidence from the systems teams already use
- Evaluate alerts against institutional policies and context
- Explain the reasoning behind every recommendation
- Keep analysts in control of consequential decisions
For back-office teams facing relentless alert volume, that means the speed of automation with the reasoning of an experienced analyst—no trade-off between moving quickly and trusting the outcome.
What we want to learn
Credit unions are not interchangeable. Their members, operating models, technology environments, and risk tolerances differ. A product that works well must respect those differences without making every implementation a bespoke project.
Circuit gives us an opportunity to test that balance with the people closest to the work. We want to leave the program with a sharper product, a clearer deployment model, and a deeper understanding of what credit unions need from an AI coworker.
What comes next
We're grateful to Circuit's Owners and advisory council for the opportunity to learn alongside them, and we're excited to join Carefull, Delfi, Payfinia, and Reset in Cohort 3.
The work ahead is practical: listen carefully, test what we've built against real operating conditions, and use what we learn to make Socratix AI more useful for every fraud and compliance team we serve.
